Changing a debit card PIN usually requires calling customer service or scheduling an appointment to visit a bank’s branch. With IssueDirect’s Change PIN functionality, a cardholder is able to securely change their PIN in a few seconds using a mobile banking application.
Convenience and security are driving consumer interest in this digital age, and the misplacement of a card is no exception. This module allows your cardholders to temporarily lock their card with a single swipe, preventing fraudulent charges until the cardholder unlocks the card again – giving the fi nancial institution’s the ability to avoid the cost of re-issuing a new plastic card when the card was only misplaced.
